Terms of Service

1. Parties & acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between mindZvue LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as “mindZolt” (“mindZolt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the person or organization that creates an account or uses the service (“you” or “Customer”).

By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using mindZolt, you agree to these Terms. If you are using mindZolt on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

mindZolt is an AI-powered platform that connects to your Salesforce org to help you understand and manage it. The service includes:

• Org Insights — turns natural-language questions into read-only SOQL queries and renders the results as charts and dashboards.
• Org Forge — creates and updates Salesforce configuration (such as fields, validation rules, formulas, picklists, and list views). Every change is shown as a preview and requires your explicit approval before it is deployed.
• Org Pulse — runs health checks that score your org and surface findings and recommendations.
• Org Blueprint — an AI-guided interview that builds personalized context about your org so the other features produce more relevant results.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use mindZolt.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for reviewing every preview before approving a change to your Salesforce org.
• You must verify your email address before accessing the product, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of the account and any connected Salesforce credentials.

4. Subscriptions, strikes & billing

mindZolt is offered on subscription plans (currently Starter and Pro) billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of “strikes” — the unit of AI usage (1 strike = 4,000 normalized tokens). Org Insights costs roughly 1 strike per query and Org Forge tasks cost approximately 3–4 strikes; Org Pulse scans are free and metered separately from strikes. Plan strikes reset each billing period and do not roll over.

You may purchase additional top-up strikes ($20 per 1,000). Top-up strikes are non-refundable, do not expire, and are consumed only after your plan strikes for the period are used. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you select and any top-ups you purchase.

5. Free trial, renewal & cancellation

New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial that includes a limited strike allotment. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged. Plans renew automatically each period until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Admin-managed & access-code accounts

Some accounts are provisioned by mindZvue on an external-invoice basis; those are governed by the applicable order form rather than the self-serve billing above. Separately, we may issue access codes (coupon codes) that let a prospect start a free trial without entering payment details. Access-code trials are still trials: the same 7-day duration and strike limits apply, and access ends when the trial ends unless you convert to a paid plan. Access codes are non-transferable, may be limited to a specific email address, and may be revoked or expire before redemption.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the service without authorization.
• Do not use the service to violate Salesforce’s terms, infringe others’ rights, or break any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or authentication, and do not abuse, overload, or misuse the AI features.

8. Customer data & Salesforce connection

To use mindZolt you connect your Salesforce org via OAuth, granting us a limited, revocable right to access that org on your behalf. mindZolt acts on your org only in response to your explicit actions, and any configuration change is deployed only after you review and approve its preview. You are solely responsible for the changes you approve and for maintaining your own backups. You may disconnect your Salesforce org at any time, which immediately removes our stored access. As between the parties, your Salesforce data and configuration remain yours.

9. Intellectual property

mindZolt, its software, and its branding are owned by mindZvue LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain all rights to your Salesforce data and configuration; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

10. Disclaimers

mindZolt is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we preview changes before deployment, you are responsible for the changes you approve. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate for every case.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mindZvue LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mindZvue LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, the changes you approve in your Salesforce org, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; your data is retained for 30 days for reactivation, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting Salesforce immediately removes your stored tokens.

14. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect, and your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@mindzolt.ai.
