Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using mindZolt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using mindZolt on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

mindZolt connects to your Salesforce org to provide AI-assisted insights, configuration changes, and health monitoring. Changes to your Salesforce org are previewed and require your explicit approval before deployment.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for reviewing previews before approving any change to your Salesforce org.
• You agree not to misuse the service or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Trial and billing

mindZolt offers a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees are billed through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, resell it without authorization, or use it to violate Salesforce’s terms or any applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

mindZolt is provided “as is.” While we preview changes and provide undo where possible, you are responsible for the changes you approve. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mindZvue LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
